The room we stayed in was really spacious and had a great dining table. They even had infused water which was a nice touch! 💦

It has brand-new and airy rooms to offer with three seating areas and a nice view, as example.

The staff is professional, attentive, and sets this place over the top. Outstanding housekeeping and valet service. Treated like royalty by everyone. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Lovely pool area with thoughtful amenities. Friendly staff who go above and beyond.

The staff took the time to get to know us and went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special. They even personalized a dessert plate with the NY Ranger's Logo, as she is a big fan. The location was quiet and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Despite some construction in the area, we do recommend this hotel.

Convenient location. Friendly, professional staff; especially the women who made-up and cleaned the rooms; they were exceptional.

Did not like having to pay $30/night to park my car, and having to tip the valets each time I wanted to use the car. Did not like having to pay for internet access. Given the cost of the rooms, I feel that both of these charges should have been included (except for the valet tips).

The staff were courteous, we had a quick check in and a late check-out. Booked a room with the miami sunshine. The breakfast was great affordable with variety of dishes to choose from.

The level of customer service at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly valued and well taken care of. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful staff at the front desk. They made sure all our needs were met and provided us with a warm and friendly welcome.

Although there were a few minor hiccups, such as a crowded spa area and some delayed room service, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

Quiet location near shops and restaurants. Convenient valet parking. Beautiful outdoor firepit area. Gorgeous public areas. Large and well-decorated suite.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The little extras like sun screen and water provided around the pool are really welcome. The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. Food is excellent if a little expensive. The only downside is that there is currently building work going on around it. It didn't bother us, the staff gave us a room away from it and the noise is minimal. Shops, restaurants and a marina are within walking distance in lovely, safe Coconut grove, though if you want lively Miami, this is not the hotel for you. It is however a relaxing place of calm and only a short drive to the center.

The breakfast option could have been better.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and the hotel's location in a great area close to everything in Coconut Grove was a huge plus. We were able to walk to a bunch of restaurants, and we were also very close to the beach and the Miami centre. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
